The company was founded in 1992. Its name used to be Shandong Wantong Marine Machinery Co., Ltd. And then changed to present name in 2009. Its head office is in Liaocheng City, which is popular as Water City to the north of Yangtse River. It has registered capital of 3.1 million CNY, total assets of 50 million CNY, floor area of more than 15,000m2, building area of 6,000m2, present total staff of 135 persons and a pool of intermediate and senior professional and technical talents with rich experience in marine equipment manufacturing industry. It has the ability to design and manufacture shafting and rudder system for 300,000 tons ship and below. And also has independent import and export qualifications.
